2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Posted on April 1, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a super simple 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe that’s quick, creamy, and indulgent!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Optional for topping: a pinch of sea salt, chocolate drizzle, or chopped nuts.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth and fully combined (about 1–2 minutes total).
  3. Pour and Set
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
    • Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut and Serve
    • Lift fudge from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!

✅ Tips:

  • Use creamy peanut butter for smoother fudge.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a chocolate variation, melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips into the mixture before chilling.

This recipe is perfect for quick homemade treats with minimal ingredients.

If you want, I can give a no-bake, sugar-free version that’s healthier but still tastes like classic fudge.
