Peanut Butter Fudge

Posted on February 10, 2026 by Admin

Ohhh yes 😍 Peanut Butter Fudge—sweet, creamy, nostalgic, and dangerously easy. Here’s a classic, foolproof version that turns out perfect every time.

🥜 Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge (No-Fail)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy works best)
  • 1 cup butter (or margarine)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well until thick and smooth.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy 😋

✨ Tips for Perfect Fudge

  • Use regular peanut butter, not natural (oil separation can affect texture).
  • For extra smooth fudge, sift the powdered sugar.
  • Let it come to room temp a few minutes before cutting.

🍫 Easy Variations

  • Chocolate Swirl: Melt ½ cup chocolate chips and swirl on top before chilling.
  • Crunchy: Use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts.
  • Salted: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty kick.
  • Peanut Butter–Chocolate Layer: Add a melted chocolate layer on top.

🧾 Storage

  • Fridge: up to 2 weeks
  • Freezer: up to 3 months

If you want, I can share:

  • 🥄 a 3-ingredient version
  • 🔥 a no-bake microwave method
  • 🍬 or an old-fashioned Amish peanut butter fudge

Just tell me which one you’re craving 😉
