🥖 Garbage Bread (Loaded Stuffed Bread Roll)
“Garbage bread” is basically everything-you-love stuffed inside bread, rolled up and baked until golden and crispy. It’s perfect for game night, parties, or a hearty dinner.
🛒 Ingredients
Base:
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Filling (classic combo – customize freely):
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage
- ½ cup cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- ½ cup sautéed onions & peppers
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

- Spread cooked meats and veggies evenly
- Sprinkle cheeses on top
- Leave a 1-inch border around edges
4️⃣ Roll It Up
- Roll tightly like a jelly roll
- Pinch seams closed
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet
5️⃣ Finish & Bake
- Brush top with olive oil
- Optional: sprinkle garlic powder or Parmesan on top
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown
6️⃣ Rest & Slice
- Let rest 5–10 minutes
- Slice and serve with marinara or ranch
