Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup water (or beef broth for more flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stuffing Mix
    • In a bowl, combine stuffing mix with hot water.
    • Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    • Add ground meat, eggs, ketchup, onion, and pepper to the softened stuffing.
    • Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix).
  3. Shape the Meatloaf
    • Form into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
  4. Add Topping
    • Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for extra flavor.
  5. Bake
