Beetroot juice

Here’s a simple, healthy way to make beetroot juice at home ❤️


🥤 Fresh Beetroot Juice

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 small carrot (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 apple (optional, for flavor)
  • ½ inch ginger (optional)
  • 1–2 cups water
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice

👩‍🍳 Instructions

🔹 Using a blender:

  1. Add beetroot, carrot, apple, and ginger to a blender.
  2. Pour in water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain using a fine sieve or cloth (optional).
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.

🔹 Using a juicer:

  1. Feed all ingredients into the juicer.
  2. Stir in lemon juice at the end.

🍹 Taste & Tips

  • Flavor: Earthy, slightly sweet, and refreshing
  • Chill before serving for best taste
  • Add a pinch of black salt for a tangy twist
