Posted on April 4, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge — rich, creamy, and no-bake if you want a quick treat!

Ingredients (Makes about 16 squares)

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of salt for extra flavor
  • Optional toppings: chocolate drizzle, chopped peanuts

Instructions

1. Melt Butter and Peanut Butter

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter together over low heat.
  • Stir until smooth and fully combined.

2. Mix in Sugar and Vanilla

  • Remove from heat and gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  • Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.

3. Transfer to Pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the pan.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

5. Cut and Serve

  • Lift fudge from pan using parchment paper.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Tips

  • For extra creaminess, add 1–2 tbsp milk when mixing sugar.
  • For a chocolate-peanut butter version, melt 1/2 cup chocolate and drizzle over the top before chilling.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

💡 Fun Fact: Peanut butter fudge doesn’t require baking, making it a perfect quick holiday or snack treat, and you can adjust sweetness or peanut butter intensity to taste.
