Reuben Crescent Bake is a warm, baked sandwich-style casserole inspired by the classic Reuben sandwich—layers of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and creamy dressing wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 300–400 g corned beef (sliced or shredded)
  • 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese (sliced or shredded)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut (drained well)
  • ½ cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds (optional, for authentic flavor)
  • Black pepper to taste

1. Prep the base

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Grease a baking dish (9×13 inch recommended)

2. First dough layer

  • Unroll crescent dough

3. Add fillings
