Here’s an easy homemade chocolate peanut butter crunch bars recipe—no baking, just simple layering and chilling.

🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

🧾 Ingredients

Base layer

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Peanut butter layer

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal (for crunch)

Chocolate topping

  • 200–250 g chocolate (milk or dark), melted
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (for smoothness)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the base

  • Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press firmly into a lined square pan (8×8 inch).
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes.

2. Peanut butter crunch layer

  • Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Fold in crispy rice cereal for crunch.
  • Spread evenly over the chilled base and press gently.

3. Chocolate topping

  • Melt chocolate with butter/coconut oil until smooth.
  • Pour over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or until fully set).
  • Slice into bars and serve.

🍪 Tips

  • Add chopped peanuts on top for extra crunch.
  • Sprinkle sea salt for a “salted peanut butter” flavor.
  • Use dark chocolate if you want it less sweet.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

If you want, I can also give you a no-butter version, protein version, or Oreo-style variation.
