🍗 Crispy Chicken Wings (Oven or Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (for crispiness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oil

🔥 Method 1: Oven-Baked (Crispy)

1. Prep

  • Pat wings very dry (important for crispiness).
  • Toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

2. Honey Garlic

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic

3. Spicy BBQ

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
