🌿 Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1–2 cups water
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for taste and extra detox boost)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds
    • Mix chia seeds in a small cup of water and let them sit for 15–20 minutes until they swell into a gel-like consistency.
