Here’s a simple and reliable way to make homemade ice cream without any fancy equipment.


🍦 Easy Homemade Ice Cream (No Machine)

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream (or whipping cream)
  • 1 can (about 400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips, fruit, nuts, cocoa powder

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Whip the cream

Beat the cold cream using a whisk or mixer until it becomes thick and fluffy (soft peaks form).

2. Add flavor

Gently fold in:

  • condensed milk
  • vanilla extract
  • any extras you like

Don’t overmix—keep it airy.

3. Freeze

Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.


🍓 Flavor ideas

  • Chocolate: add cocoa powder + chocolate chips
  • Strawberry: mix in mashed strawberries
  • Mango: add mango pulp (very popular in Pakistan 🇵🇰)
  • Cookies & cream: crushed biscuits

💡 Tips

  • Cold cream whips better, so keep it chilled.
  • For softer ice cream, let it sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
  • Condensed milk is what keeps it creamy without ice crystals.
