Chicken fritters

Posted on April 21, 2026 by Admin

Chicken fritters are crispy, savory bites that are easy to make and perfect as a snack or quick meal. Here’s a solid, no-fuss recipe you can try:

🍗 Chicken Fritters (Crispy & Juicy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked or raw chicken (finely chopped or shredded)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2–3 green chilies (optional, chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 3–4 tbsp flour (or cornflour for extra crispiness)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prep the mixture
In a bowl, combine chicken, onion, green chilies, garlic, and coriander.
  2. Bind it
Add the egg, flour, salt, and spices. Mix until it forms a thick batter-like mixture (not too runny).
  3. Heat oil
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil. Flatten slightly. Fry until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes per side).
  5. Drain & serve
Remove onto paper towels and serve hot.

Serving ideas:

  • Pair with ketchup, garlic mayo, or a spicy chutney
  • Serve alongside tea or as a starter

If you want, I can give you a Desi-style spicy version, an air fryer version, or a KFC-style crunchy coating.
